9576/77 Systems
---------------
H013861
-------
The display screen is flashing or exhibiting a "checkerboard" pattern,
usually in yellow, but it might occur in other colors. This is caused
by one of the following:
* Internal Processing Error (IPE)
* Trap Error Message
* Kernel panic error
The error Message displayed is:
The System is stopped.
Review the hardware configuration and remove any IRQ or DMA conflict.
If no conflict exists and the problem continues, contact the IBM PC
Company Help Center (1-800-772-2227) for a driver to fix the problem.
6875/85 Systems

symptoms:
* TRAP0002.
* System locks up while loading OS/2 2.x, OS/2 Warp from a CID
(Configuration, Installation, and Distribution) installation.

H126730
-------
The IBM PC 700 series, 6875, and 6885 might have one or more of
the following:

If the affected single in-line memory modules (SIMMs) are from
Hyundai, replace them with FRU P/N73G3233 (4 MB) or P/N92G7521 (8 MB).
If the affected SIMMs are not Hyundai SIMMs, continue normal problem
determination to isolate the failing application or FRU.
H126344
-------
If the cache modules in locations U31, U32, and U34 are IDT brand
cache (the IDT logo is on the module), replace the modules in those
locations with FRU P/N06H6052.
H126458
-------
The documentation states that the 3995-A23 optical library requires
OS/2 2/1 or higher. However, Model A23 does not operate with OS/2
Warp 3.0.
H126795
