  11. DESCRIPTION
  12.  
  13. You need the following for installation:
  14.  
  15. * The correct switch settings on the interface card. See the CD-ROM
  16.   manual.
  17.  
  18. * The diskette with the driver, ISACDOS2.ADD.
  19.  
  20. * The OS/2 diskettes or the CD-ROM installation package.
  21.  
  22. RESOLUTION
  23.  
  24. Note: Make sure you have a backup of any file you intend to change.
  25.  
  26. Installation
  27. ------------
  28. 1. Do a DISKCOPY of OS/2 Diskette 1.
  29.  
  30. 2. Edit the CONFIG.SYS file and add the device-driver statement:
  31.  
  32.       BASEDEV=ISACDOS2.ADD /M:xxx
  33.  
  34.    (xxx is the hexadecimal address set on the switches.)
  35.  
  36. 3. Start the installation.
  37.  
  38. Support after Installation
  39. --------------------------
  40.  1. Open OS/2 System.
  41.  
  42.  2. Open Command Prompts.
  43.  
  44.  3. Select OS/2 Window.
  45.  
  46.  4. Type E CONFIG.SYS.
  47.  
  48.  5. Add the statement, BASEDEV=ISACDOS2.ADD /M:xxx (xxx is the
  49.     hexadecimal address set on the switches).
  50.  
  51.  6. Save and exit the file.
  52.  
  53.  7. Type EXIT.
  54.  
  55.  8. Close Command Prompts.
  56.  
  57.  9. Select System Setup.
  58.  
  59. 10. Select Selective Install.
