  12. DESCRIPTION

  14. When trying to run Apex II Version 3.6, by Astec, a SYS3176 error 
  15. message is received.

  17. RESOLUTION
  18.  
  19. This application uses an Everlock protection scheme. To run Apex 
  20. Version 3.6 and earlier versions with OS/2, call Astec Software and 
  21. request a special installation password to bypass the protection scheme.
