  11. DESCRIPTION
  12.  
  13. Programs written for Microsoft Windows 3.0 and 3.1 run slow under OS/2 
  14. Warp.

  16. RESOLUTION

  18. You need to change some DOS settings:
  19.  
  20. 1. Place the mouse pointer on a blank area of the Desktop and press
  21.    mouse button 2.
  22.  
  23. 2. Select System Setup.
  24.  
  25. 3. Select the WIN-OS/2 Setup icon.
  26.  
  27. 4. Select WIN-OS/2 settings....
  28.  
  29. 5. Select All DOS and WIN-OS/2 settings.
  30.  
  31. 6. Highlight the following in the Setting menu and change them as shown:

  33.       DOS HIGH         = ON
  34.       DOS FILE         = 50  (default is 20)
  35.       DPMI MEM LIMIT   = 32 or 64  (default is 0 to 4)
  36.       HW ROM to RAM    = ON  (default is OFF)
  37.       IDLE SECONDS     = 60  (default is 0)
  38.       IDLE SENSITIVITY = 100 (default is 75)
