  10. SYMPTOM:
  11.   Receive Error Message that the printer is not responding,
  12.   no output or corrupt printer output after installing WARP.
  13.   Can print from DOS (dual boot) and could print from OS/2
  14.   2.1 before installing OS/2 Warp 3.0.
  15.  
  16.   Receiving a Printer Offline error message when printing with
  17.   OS/2 Warp.  This may happen when the /IRQ switch on the BASEDEV
  18.   line for PRINT01 or PRINT01 in the CONFIG.SYS is not being
  19.   used.

  21.   No printer output, or corrupt printer output.

  25. RESOLUTION:
  26.  
  27.   Edit the CONFIG.SYS statement BASEDEV=PRINT0x.SYS and add
  28.   /IRQ.  This directs the parallel port device driver to use
  29.   the interrupt method to print, instead of polling which is the
  30.   default in WARP.  After adding this change to the CONFIG.SYS,
  31.   the system must be restarted by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del.
