  9.         A disk read error occurs when attempting to boot from the
  10.         installation diskette.

  12.         SUMMARY OF RESOLUTION:

  14.         The following hard drive controllers will produce the error
  15.         message, "Disk read error has occurred" when attempting to
  16.         boot from the installation disk.
