The accompanying command file, XPRESS.CMD, may be used to connect to the
Internet Express service (usa.net).
You can copy this file to your tcpip\bin directory, and specify it on page 1
of the alternate provider dialogue.
You might want to modify this slightly, for example the modem reset strings
near the beginning of the file.
Other information you should provide is as follows:
Provider Information (Page 1):

Provider Name: Inet Xpress (or anything else you want).
Login ID: <userid>
Password: <password>
Nickname: Inetx800 (or anything else you want).
Phone Number: 1-800-nnn-nnnn
Login Script: xpress.cmd atdt1-800-nnn-nnnn <userid> <password>
Connection Information (Page 2):
