This version adds a scroll bar to the "About the Database" dialog. This allows viewing the entire about text for all databases.

WinWillow uses DDE to communicate with Netscape and Internet Explorer. This means that if you already have the browser running, WinWillow will not open a new browser window, but instead will use the one that is running.
This program requires an active tcp/ip connection. If you can access remote pages with a web browser, WinWillow should run on your machine. WinWillow also requires a web browser to access database specific help. You can configure WinWillow to use your browser through the "Options/Set Browser" menu.
WinWillow retrieves its list of available databases via HTTP(URL's). The default URL points to the databases available through the University of Washington. If you have other configuration files available via HTTP, set the URL in the "Options/Set Default URL" menu. If you have other configuration files available on your PC, open them via the "File/Open Local" menu.
UW users who connect from outside the UW domain should use the URL "http://www.washington.edu/willow-config/db-config.win.uw/db.conf". They will then be presented with a request for a user id and password. Their uniform access (homer, carson, etc) user id and password should be entered and they will be allowed to use the UW class configuration files.
All other users who wish to connect to the University of Washington database offerings should use the URL
