  22.  Since you can read this file I assume you already unpacked the archive.

  25.  Webalizer is a VIO/FULLSCREEN-Textmode native OS/2 APP. Though it requires 
  26.  the EMX Libs of Version 0.9d or later.
  27.  I have tested it on Warp 4 FP9 systems only. If you encounter a problem, let
  28.  me know. If you have a Fixpacklevel prior to FP9 please consider updateing
  29.  first. We had some problems with EMX 0.9D on unfixed systems.

  42.  The precompiled OS/2-Version ships in two languages only.

  53.  To recompile webalizer yourself you need to get the source of webalizer itself
  54.  and the gd-libs:

  59.  You should have EMX installed ( we have Version 0.9D here ) and the 
  60.  GNU C Compiler (GCC.EXE - gcc version 2.8.1 here )

  63.  Since OS/2 cannot handle symlinks you need to copy the desired language-file 
  64.  from the lang-subdirectory.
