  1. The content of this file is not important.  The only important
  2. things are the name of the file, and whether it exists in the
  3. Weasel directory.

  5. If a file called ONLINE exists in Weasel's directory, then Weasel
  6. is able to send outgoing mail.

  8. If the file ONLINE does not exist, Weasel queues the outgoing mail
  9. but does not yet send it.
  10.  
  11. If you have a permanent internet connection, then this file should
  12. always exist.  If you have a dial-up connection, then you should
  13. delete this file (or move it to another directory) when you're off-line,
  14. and re-create it when you have a network connection.  Depending on
  15. what sort of dialler you're running, you can probably create the file
  16. as part of the dial-in script.
