  8.  Welcome to UUDeview for OS/2. This package will help you to decode files
  9. that you have received by email or by news, and also to encode files your-
  10. self, should you want to send or post files. This archives includes only
  11. documentation how to operate the two programs. More information, including
  12. an encoding tutorial, can be found on the WWW at
