  6.        IF YOU DOWNLOAD OR USE THIS PROGRAM YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

  8.        SpeedSoft grants you a license to use the Program 
  9.        "Speed-Pascal/2 for OS/2" as a tester for 30 days.
  10.        This package contains Programs, Source files and documentation in
  11.        the following replaced by "the programs".
  12.        The programs are Demo versions. Since that the functionality of 
  13.        the programs is not limited. 
  14.  
  15.        The programs are copyrighted.
  16.        You obtain no rights on the programs other than those granted you
  17.        under this license.
  18.        If you do not agree to the terms listed below you are not allowed
  19.        to use the programs.
  20.  
  21.        Under this license, you may:
  22.  
  23.        1. use the programs on one or more machines at a time
  24.  
  25.        2. make copies of the programs for use or backup purposes.
  26.  
  27.        3. You must delete all installed copies of this demo release after
  28.           30 days.
  29.  
  30.        You must reproduce the original copyright notice on each copy or
  31.        partial copy of the programs.

  33.        You may NOT:
  34.  
  35.        1. reverse assemble, reverse compile, or otherwise translate the
  36.           programs.
  37.  
  38.        2. Use the programs in a commercial or government way.
  39.  
  40.        Under no circumstances is SpeedSoft liable for any of the following:

  42.        1. third-party claims against you for losses or damages
  43.        2. loss of, or damage to, your records or data or
  44.        3. any economic damages even if SpeedSoft is informed of
  45.           their possibility.

  47.        Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations or exclusions,
  48.        so they may not apply to you.

  50.        SpeedSoft does not warrant uninterrupted or error free operation
  51.        of the programs.

  53.        IF YOU DOWNLOAD OR USE THIS PROGRAM YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

  55.        THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE
  56.        IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A

  59.        You may terminate this license at any time. SpeedSoft may terminate
  60.        this license if you fail to comply with any of its terms or if the
  61.        GA version of these programs is available. In either
  62.        event, you must destroy all your copies of the programs.

  64.        You may not sell, transfer, assign, or subcontract any of your
  65.        rights or obligations under this license. Any attempt to do so is
  66.        void.

  68.        This license is governed by the laws of the country in which you
  69.        acquired the programs.
