  4. I found several problems with the U2PMMAIL.CMD as delivered by Curtis:

  6.    (1) a simple typo - missing apostrophe prohibits file from running
  7.    (2) program didn't work with folders that were initially empty
  8.    (3) the parsing code for the ENV files was looking for "plain/text",
  9.        while some files I had had "PLAIN/TEXT", i.e., upper case.  I
  10.        changed the conditional to use TRANSLATE(...) = 'PLAIN/TEXT'.

  12. I left Curtis' original CMD file, renaming it as U2PMMAIL.ORG.
