tSearch 1.00
TSearch is a small www search engine entry field for the desktop. Or
you can use it as an URL launcher. Maybe you can find other uses, who
knows. Note: ctrl+alt+L brings up (focuses) the program from anywhere
within os/2.
Here are the answers to some of the questions that people are going to
email me who didn't bother to read this (if you are reading this, may I
offer my thanks.)
How do I resize the window? Place the cursor on the left of right side
and do it like normal. Only the width can be changed. The height is
fixed.
How do I move the window around? On the edges there is a little gray
area. Right drag on this.
How can I configure the program? Right click on the above mentioned
gray area to bring up the program's menu. From here you may close it,
set it up, or change the default search engine.
How can I add my own search engines? Go to the search engine with
netscape and enter 2 search terms. When the search page comes up look
in the NS/2 URL entryfield. Copy this URL into the URL portion of the
settings dialog replacing your search terms with %s and then add a name
and delimiter. The delimiter is the character that is between your
search terms. Usually +. Confused yet?
