  1. This is an OS/2 Port of tnef-0.15, which is a program for 
  2. unpacking MIME attachments of type "application/ms-tnef". 
  3.  
  4. Due to the proliferation of Microsoft Outlook and Exchange 
  5. mail servers, more and more mail is encapsulated into this 
  6. format.
  7.  
  8. The TNEF program allows one to unpack the attachments which
  9. were encapsulated into the TNEF attachment. Thus alleviating
  10. the need to use Microsoft Outlook to view the attachment.
  11.  
  12. To install these tools put all exe files somewhere in your
  13. PATH, and all dll (if any) files somewhere in your LIBPATH
  14.  
  15. Please verify that your system has emx 0.9d installed!
  16. Also check out README file(s) to find how this program work.

  18. NOTE that we are not the *AUTHORS* of this software, we've just
  19. ported it to OS/2. So we *CANNOT* add *FEATURES*, just *BUGS*
  20.
