  9. 1. Rename \tcpip\bin\Telnet.exe and Telnetpm.exe in your machine.
  10. 2. Replace those files with these two exe's.
  11. 3. Try recreating the problem with debug option ON. Ex: telnet -d <debug file name > <ipaddress >.
