  17.     Read this Agreement before installing or using the Product.

  19.     Installing the Product indicates that you accept the terms of this
  20.     Agreement.

  22.     If you do not accept or agree to these terms, do not install Product.

  27. Copyright:
  28.             The software and documentation (Product) accompanying this
  29.             Agreement are copyrighted and protected by international
  30.             copyright laws as well as international treaty provisions.
  31.  
  32.             You must treat the Product like any other copyrighted material,
  33.             except to the extent that this Agreement provides to the
  34.             contrary.
  35.  
  36. License:
  37.             You are licensed by Link Guard Solutions to use the software on
  38.             one computer at a time.
  39.  
  40.             You may install the software on as many computers as you
  41.             personally use from time-to-time. However, you (and, if
  42.             obtained for personal use, members of your immediate family)
  43.             may use only one such installation at a time.
  44.  
  45.             You may copy the software onto additional sets of media for
  46.             backup purposes only.
  47.  
  48.             You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or make
  49.             any attempt to discover the source code of the software.
  50.  
  51.             All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Link Guard
  52.             Solutions.
  53.  
  54.             You are licensed to use the Product without registration for a
  55.             period of not more than thirty days. Such use shall be limited
  56.             to the purpose of testing to determine if the Product meets
  57.             your needs.
  58.  
  59.             After the thirty day testing period you must register the
  60.             Product in accordance with REGISTER.TXT to continue its use or
  61.             remove all copies of the Product from your computer.
  62.  
  63. License Key:
  64.             You understand that the Product License Key information (if
  65.             provided) is valuable and agree to take all reasonable
  66.             precautions to protect it as you would any other confidential
  67.             information and not disclose it to anyone other than Link Guard
  68.             Solutions Customer Support.
  69.  
  70.             Should you make use of the License Key on more than one
  71.             computer, you agree to take reasonable steps to insure that
  72.             only one such installation is in use at a time.
  73.  
  74.             You agree to compensate Link Guard Solutions for lost revenue
  75.             and other damages should you willfully make the License Key
  76.             information public in any manner or willfully allow it to be in
  77.             use on more than once computer at a time.
  78.  
  79. Limited Warranty:
  80.             Under no circumstances will Link Guard Solutions be liable to
  81.             you or any other party, for damages, including the loss of
  82.             profits, savings, or other incidental or consequential damages,
  83.             stemming from your use or misuse of the program - even if Link
  84.             Guard Solutions or its authorized representative has been
  85.             advised of the possibility of any such damage.

  89.     LINK GUARD SOLUTIONS DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR
  90.     IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
  91.     MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND
  92.     NON-INFRINGEMENT, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT.

  96.     You may terminate this license at any time. We may terminate this
  97.     license if you fail to comply with any of its terms. In either event,
  98.     you must destroy all your copies of the Program.

  100.     If any provision of this license, including the breadth or scope of
  101.     such provision will be held by any court of competent jurisdiction to
  102.     be invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, such invalidity or
  103.     unenforceability will not affect the validity or enforceability of the
  104.     remaining provisions of this Agreement and such remaining provisions
  105.     will remain enforceable and binding.
  106.  
  107.     Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations or exclusions, so
  108.     they may not apply to you.
  109.  
  110.     If you do not agree with the terms of this license you are required to
  111.     remove the Product, from your computer
