  1. This fix updates the sendmail level to 1.3.17.
  2. Apar IC12049 contains an update to SENDMAIL that changes the               
  3. message issued when sendmail cannot send mail immediately. 
  4. It contains the following executable:                                  
  5.    SENDMAIL.EXE                                                                    
  6.                                                                                 
  7. To execute replace SENDMAIL.EXE in the TCPIP/BIN directory.  Be sure               
  8. to backup the original.
