  11. This Program is a simple Utility to arrange IBM's WebEx Quicklist-Entries.

  14.  I found it annoying to arrange these Tags manually fiddling around with WebEx 
  15. explore.ini, so I first wrote a Tool using StarOffice's VBA-compatible Basic. 
  16. But loading a big Office-Program just to sort a Quicklist seemd a bit 
  17. exaggerated. 
  18. So here is a small, fast and easy to use Tool to do the work.

  56. You can change the position of the Tags by selecting one and pressing 
  57. Promote/Demote-Button to change its position.

  59. Alternativly, Tags can be moved by dragging to the desired position with Mouse 
  60. Button 1 (usually the LeftMouseButton) pressed.

  62. To move Tags quickly to the Top/Bottom, use "Move Tags to Top/Bottom" Function.

  86. All Tags can be edited. For this purpose use the two Entryfields above the 
  87. Listboxes.

  89. To enter Edit-Mode,

  91.   a. Click into an Entryfield. 
  92.   b. press Enter if one of the Listboxes has Focus.

  94. These Entryfields provide normal Cut/Copy/Paste-procedures using the Clipboard. 
  95. Use Edit-Menu or Right Mouse Button to Cut/Copy/Paste.

  97. To send the changes from an Entryfield into the Listbox, hit "Enter".

  99. Important: Both EntryFields must contain Information to be accepted by the 
  100. Listbox. 
  101. Pressing ESC-Key will leave Edit-Mode without accepting changes.

  107. To Add a new Tag, select the desired Position and

  109.   a. use Add-Button from Toolbar. 
  110.   b. use "Add-Tag" PopUp-Menu or MenuBar. 
  111.   c. press Insert-Key on your Keyboard if A Listbox has Focus.

  113. This will insert an empty Tag at the current Position. 
  114. Now you can fill in the Title and URL of the new Entry. Changing Title or URL

  116. To dismiss this currently inserted Tag, press 'ESC'-Key or use 'Delete-Tag'.

  133. This Function can be invoked via Menu-Bar, PopUp-Menu or the Keyboard. 
  134. Enter a Searchstring and select where to search for (Titlebox, Listbox or

  188.   Normally QLSORT will ask only for confirmation
  189.   when closing the application, if the contents of
  190.   the processed File have been changed.
  191.   Select this Checkbutton if you always want to
  192.   confirm closing QLSORT.

  197.   If QLSORT detects any changes in the currently
  198.   processed File and Verify Application Close
  199.   is disabled, QLSORT will ask for Confirmation
