  10.   This PmMail-to-PostRoad Mailer Conversion Utility is Beta test only.

  15.   InnoVal will not be liable for any lost profits, lost savings, or any
  16.   incidental damages or other economic consequential damages that may
  17.   arise from the use of the Utility even if InnoVal, or an authorized
  18.   supplier, has been advised of the possibility of such damage.  InnoVal
  19.   will not be liable for any damages claimed by you based on any third
  20.   party claim.

  22. OVERVIEW:
  23.  
  24.   The PmMail-to PostRoad Mailer Conversion Utility is a menu driven tool.
  25.   This Utility converts PmMail folders and address books to a compatible
  26.   PostRoad Mailer format. This Utility will not overwrite nor erase any existing
  27.   files without user permission. If a folder or an address book exists in the
  28.   PostRoad directories this Utility will prompt the user to enter a new
  29.   destination name. Upon exiting this Utility, you may begin Postroad Mailer.
  30.   All folders converted will be found in the the designated inbasket.

  32. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE UTILITY:

  34.   1. Before you begin using the Utility there are a few items of
  35.      information that you need to collect:
  36.  
  37.       o Your PmMail directory name (e.g., C:\PMMAIL)
  38.  
  39.       o Your PostRoad directory name (e.g., C:\POSTROAD)
  40.  
  41.       o The destination inbasket name (e.g., postsvc@Ibm.net)
  42.  
  43.   2. Unzip PRMCONV.ZIP into your PostRoad Mailer directory.

  45.   3. From the command prompt type PM2POSTR <PmMail Path> to run Utility.
