  1. Changes for PMUUE 1.44 (August 12, 1996)

  3. - Fixed a bug that would prevent PMUUE from shutting down automatically when
  4.   specifying files on the command line without the -c switch
  5.  
  6. - Clicking on a menu item will prevent PMUUE from closing automatically when
  7.   the -c switch is specified

  11. - Added switch to pause PMUUE before closing when invoked with command-line

  16. - Log length would be set to zero when converting to version 1.41, resulting
  17.   with "hung" computers when converting files.  Fixed (hopefully).

  25. - Will now decode filenames with spaces in them properly
  26. - PMUUE would raise an exception when encoding/decoding files on the command
  27.   line with no path and no default directoryies. Fixed.
  28. - Recreated "Browse" dialogs from scratch
  29. - Automatically creates an INI file when startup up for the first time

  38.   a multiple of 4K
