  13. Overview:
  14. PMPrep is a shareware OS/2 Presentation Manager application which
  15. converts your uuencoded files to the original format. PMPrep ignores
  16. mail/article headers or other non uuencoded data.
  17.  
  18. Installation:
  19. Just copy pmprep.exe in a directory of your choice.
  20. The first time PMPrep is started it creates an ini file in your \OS2
  21. directory on your boot disk.

  23. How to use PMPrep:
  24. You can use PMPrep either with the menu- or the tool-bar.
  25. In the bottom line of the program window you get a short help
  26. message which describes the function of each toolbar element.
  27. If you want to convert a file you have to select it via the
  28. file->open dialog and then click on convert->run to begin the
  29. convert process.

  31. You can convert multiple files at the same time.
  32. A status window is displayed for each file. You can select a specific
  33. status window via the drop down list in the middle of the toolbar.

  35. In the convert->options dialog you can select the directory where the 
  36. uudecoded file will be placed and if the source (uuencoded) file shall be 
  37. deleted when converting is finished.
  38. To select a target directory click on the check box labeled 'place output
  39. file in source directory' to choose a different directory.
  40. These settings are saved on program exit.

  42. Registering PMPrep:
  43. To register PMPrep and receive the latest version send 10 US $ per license
  44. + 4 US $ for shipping & handling to the address at the top of this
  45. file. Please include the address to which the disk shall be send, the disk
  46. size (3.5" or 5.25") and the version of PMPrep you already have.
