Version 0.61 - Fixed a bug that brought up the prompt for deleting a file even if cancelled. Added the Æ character option. Added the ability for the program to stay in the same directory for opening, saving, saving as, and deleting files. Changed the Icon. Many thanks to Christian Ramsvik for taking his time to do this it is greatly appreciated, and it looks great.
Version 0.59 - I fixed a bug that crashed the program when you started a "New" file. Removed the </img> that was inserted because it was wrong.
Version 0.58 - This one is big on new features so I will separate the
bug fixes from the new features.
Bug Fixes:
1.Added ; to the end of all &... chrs
2.Fixed the <body> button so that if something is selected but the operation
is cancelled the selection is left. Before it was deleted.
3.Removed the &Aelig chr because t didn't seem to be valid, this is now in
question and I would appreciate feedback.
4.Fixed bugs with the Open, Save and Save As menu items that when any
of these was cancelled you couldn't then save properly.
5.Fixed the testing feature so you can now see images when testing, as long
as they are linked properly or relative.
6.Fixed the simple help for the <title> button. Before it said <table>.
7.Fixed a bug with this release that didn't allow you to delete something by
typing the DEL key.
8. Fixed it so that the ini file is put in the Picardy3 directory so you don't have
to set the working directory as Picardy3.

to be retyped

17. Added the ability to reset the size of the program to the original size. This
was done because if you Maximize it and have the size and position saved when
you close and reopen the program it won't show as maximized so you can't put it
back to the original size as you normally would. This is a bug with my programming
environment.
18. Added the ability to make files that are browsed for relative or not relative to
the HTML file you are editing.
19. Added the ability to say if the drive name (ie C:\) is added to a non-relative
file. This makes it easy to move the files to another computer with the same
directory structure.
20. Ability to set the text of files that are browsed for as Uppercase or Lowercase.
The main reason for this was because OS/2 always has the files as Uppercase
but if your server doesn't like that or if you don't you can now have this changed.
21. Added the ability to select text and have it placed between the Link tags of
and image.

24. Added " " around all variables including blank ones (ie align="center") per

Version 0.25 - Starting with this version any added function will increase
the version number by 0.01 even if I release the new functions all at
once and don't release a version with each individual feature. Bug
fixes will also increase the version by 0.01 but if a bug is fixed at the
same time a function is added it will still only increase by 0.001. I have
added this file, picardy3.hst. The version information was getting long
and making the readme file huge.
New Features this version include: A new option that allows you to
turn on or off Advanced Tags. These Advanced Tags are for <body>
and <hr> you can set options, some people might not want to so this
so if you turn this option off only the basic tag will be printed. Added
the options for the <hr> tag: size, width, and align. Added the ability
to make an image a link right from the Image Window. Now just
check the box and you can set the link and all will be printed at the
same time. Added a Number of Scandanavian &... tags. I won't list
them all. They can be found undere the &... Chrs menu under
Language Specific. Made it possible to register on the Web. Created
a separate page for Picardy 3 on the web describing the features.
Version 0.21 - Added align and valign (vertical align) options to the <tr>
and <td> options menu for tables. Added Left and Right align options to
the image window so images can be aligned in this way. Changed the
name of the readme file to picardy3.txt and the name of the baschtml.htm
to picardy3.htm so that installation with the installation utility that will
be available in the next release will be easier.
Version 0.20 - Added the ability to serach for/find text in your document.
To do select the "Find" item from the Edit menu. I also added an infor-
mation line at the bottom of all the windows and simple help so when you
move your mouse over an item info on that item is displayed. The only
things this doesn't work with yet is the Frame and Rules settings for
Tables. I also made the "p"on the button lowercase since that is how it
is printed in the document.
Version 0.19 - Added the ability to change the font in the edit area to
Courier as well as the ones that were there. Fixed a bug that required
the user to click the down arrow on the list boxes to open them and then
choose an item instead of being able to click and drag down the list to
choose an item. Now you can click and drag. Added the file baschtml.htm
to the archive. This file gives information on basic program usage and
basic HTML markup.
Version 0.18 - shortened the Window Title so more of the filename could
be viewed if buried in directories. Fixed a bug that was, if you made
changes to a document then tried to test it and chose "NO" from the
message box that appeared, even if you saved it you wouldn't be able to
test it unless you closed and restarted the program.
Version 0.17 - added a "cellspacing" option to the "Table Options" menu,
and placed both "cellspacing" and "cellpadding" under a "Cell Options"
sub-menu.
Version 0.16 - added a "cellpadding" option to the "Table Options" menu.
A bug that automaticall chose the first radio button in the "Body" secondary
window was fixed so this would not happen. The OK button was made the
default in the "Link" window so that after entering a link a user could just
hit the Enter/Return key.
Version 0.15 - fixed a bug with "<html>" tags that replaced text rather than
surrounding it with the tags. I fixed a bug in the "Body" options that put
the wrong word. For background color it needed to be "bgcolor" and I
had "background". I also fixed thetabbing on secondary forms. I changed
the button and secondary form font to Tms Rmn from System Proportional.
I also added the ability to have the text being edited to be either System
Proportional or Tms Rmn, both size 10.
Version 0.14 - added support for additional "Body" options. I wrote the
readme.txt file.
Version 0.13 - added help, of a sort, hotkeys for menus, added a "Select All"
menu item, table and form support (limited) fixed a couple of bugs. I also
added an icon.
Version 0.12 - is the first official build. It still didn't include help, hotkeys for
menus and other niceties.
Version 0.11 - is the first build of this program. It was mainly just a test to
