  2. --- English:
  3. MPING is a program for node monitoring through TCP/IP.
  4. As you can see from the name the program uses ICMP/Echo.
  5. It reads the MPING.INI file that must be in the same 
  6. directory as MPING.EXE.
  7. The file contains names or addresses of the nodes to be monitored,
  8. each line contains one name/address.
  9. ; in the first position means a comment.
  10. The program generates MPING.LOG containing only
  11. the changes detected in node status (appear/DISappear).

  13. Using the command line you can specify two parameters
  14. MPING [Interval [DeadTime]]
  15. Both parameters do not require explanation, both should be specified in seconds. 
  16. Obviously DeadTime > Interval.
  17. By default, Interval=3 and DeadTime=60.
