  7. PLEASE see McList.His for important changes since the previous release, as
  8.    well as VERY important UPGRADE and LICENSE information.

  11. BASIC INSTALLATION
  12. ==============================================================================

  14.   1) Create a "McList" directory somewhere.
  15.   2) Move McUp.Zip nd McFull.Zip to the new McList directory.
  16.   3) Change to the McList directory you just created.
  17.   4) If you are installing McList for the FIRST TIME, then you should unzip
  18.         McUp.Zip AND McFull.Zip.
  19.   5) If you are UPGRADING from a previous version of McList, unzip ONLY
  20.         McUp.Zip, and then run 100to200.Cmd.
  21.   6) Copy dll\VpRexx.Dll and dll\RxSock.Dll to x:\OS2\Dll
  22.   7) Run McList.Exe without parameters.  Go to the configuration menu and
  23.      make changes as needed.  If there are any blank fields in Config->
  24.      Subjects, make sure to fill them in.
  25.   8) If you want McList to import mail from PM Mail, just go to the REXX
  26.      Exits page in Utilities and make 'x:\McList\McList.Exe' your incoming
  27.      mail script.  That will let it sort through all of your mail and
  28.      determine what needs processing and what does not.

  30.   You're done installing, but don't forget to read the dox!!  This just gets
  31.   you up and running.  The dox explain how to really make your list hummmm :)
