IF you will not add ircii\bin and ircii\dll to PATH/LIBPATH in config.sys
and if you dont have emx dll's in LIBPATH, /EXEC command will not work and
most of unix scripts will fail
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
1) Copy bin\* to your path, and dll\* to your libpath. Or you can add
c:\ircii_directory\bin to PATH and c:\ircii_directory\dll to LIBPATH
in your config.sys, you need to reboot after that.

Gnu Text/Shell/File Utilites, included in bin subdirectory, are
(c) Free Software Foundation. These binaries are unmodified, exept
ls.exe. Read bin/source file for info how to get source code
##########################################################################
2) If you already have all these utilites, you need to replace ls.exe
with included here, its changed to produce unix style output by default.
Also you need to copy bin/sh.exe to your PATH.
3) Edit ircstart.cmd file. Change your nick, username and realname.
Edit ircserv.txt file to change server list (try with defaults if you
donno any servers).
4) You should have emx runtime to run programs from bin subdirectory. It
can be downloaded from ftp://hobbes.nmsu.edu/os2/unix/emx09b/emxrt.zip.
5) Read whats.new file, it contains information about new features and
bug fixes.
6) Run ircstart.cmd. If you cannot connect to server or ircii traps,
please report problem to mikh@escape.com. Include info about your
connection, if you have dynamic IP address, slirp, tia, etc.
