  19.     * heaps and heaps of new numerics;

  21.     * more problems for old clients that do stupid things;

  23.     * more numeric replies which replace old NOTICE's;

  25.     * compulsory ident checks and optional result usage;

  27.     * sendQ can now be class dependant;

  29.     * server handles client flooding better;
