Author's notes
--------------
Please do not e-mail me asking how to use ICQ or how to create an account.
I'm going on the assumption that you already know what ICQ is and how to use
it. The amounts of e-mail I get each day are tremendous and alot of it I
can't reply to unless I want to dedicate my whole day to just replying e-mail.
My main goal of ICQ/2 is to provide OS/2 users with a decent client comparable
to, at least, the Java version of ICQ. It's something I'm doing out of my
spare time and I'm not charging for it. Don't expect anything too glamerous,
I don't like the idea of incorperating useless features (such things like
skins and other cosmetic effects) while main features haven't been implemented
or totally working and bugfixed. So please don't send me any e-mails telling
me it's ugly or you want skin support, I probably won't even read the whole
message if you do -- at least not until ICQ/2 is out of beta/testing.
Anyways.. any questions, comments, or job offerings can come to me :)
