  20.  Unpack IceCQ distrubution package into desired directory and run
  21.  install.cmd

  29.  - Open IceCQ System menu
  30.  - Select "(Un)Register User" -> "Register new user UIN"
  31.  - type password for new user and repeat password to confirm
  32.  - IceCQ will change its status to "Online" after registration

  34.  - Save user information with "View/Change My Listings.." in
  35.    IceCQ System menu
