  17.    There are 5 entry fields for you to enter data in. 
  18.  
  19.    The Name entry field is where you can enter the name of the site or person. 
  20. The information in this field is what will appear in the Entry List Box. 
  21.  
  22.    The E-mail Address entry field is where you can enter the e-mail address of 
  23. the person or site. 
  24.  
  25.    The World Wide Web Address entry field is where you can enter the WWW home 
  26. page address (http://...) of the person or site. 
  27.  
  28.    The FTP Address entry field is where you can enter the FTP address of the 
  29. person or site. 
  30.  
  31.    In the Additional Information field you can enter any information. You might 
  32. want to enter simething like a Telnet address.

  37.    This box contains a list of all the entries you have made to the book. You 
  38. can view the entries bu double clicking on any one entry or using the Scanning 
  39. Buttons.

  44.    When you make changes to any of the Entry Fields, you can save them by 
  45. clicking on this button. If the information in the Name Entry Field, is not on 
  46. the list, then the entry is added.

  51.    Clicking on this button will delete the currently selected entry from the 
  52. list. You can set the Confirmation option on the General Page of the Notebook 
  53. Settings so nothing is deleted mistakenly.

  58.    Clicking on this button will bring up the Notebook Settings.
