  10.      This package contains three programs that work together: Gibbon Finger,
  11.      Gibbon Finger Daemon, and Gibbon Common Logon Manager.

  13.      Gibbon Finger is a graphical (PM) finger program with many features,
  14.      including quick lists, scrollable windows that show the results, and
  15.      the ability to copy the output to the clipboard, a file, or a printer.
  16.      The results of the finger request is displayed in a separate window.
  17.      You can have multiple results showing, either in separate windows, or
  18.      one after the other in a single window.  The fonts and colors for the
  19.      results windows can be configured using drag-n-drop from the OS/2
  20.      system Font and Color palettes.

  22.      The Gibbon Finger Daemon is a combination of two programs.  The setup
  23.      program is a graphical (PM) program that you can use to fully customize
  24.      the response to a query.  You can include custom messages before and
  25.      after the actual response, and you can include plan and project files.
  26.      The daemon itself is a text-mode application.  It receives incoming
  27.      queries, and formats the response based on your preferences as you have
  28.      set them up using the setup program.  It can be started manually and
  29.      be constantly running, or you can have it start from INETD.

  31.      The Gibbon Common Logon Manager comes standard will all TCP/IP programs
  32.      from Gibbon Computer Products, Inc. It provides a single point that all
  33.      the applications can go to in order to find out who you are, and if
  34.      you're available.  If you use the SLIP/PPP dialer that comes with
  35.      Warp's Internet Access Kit, the Common Logon Manager is able to
  36.      automatically figure out your user id when you connect to the Internet.
  37.      It also incorporates an Ident Daemon.

  39.      The Gibbon Common Logon Manager allows programs like Gibbon Talk and
  40.      the Gibbon Finger Daemon to be able to find out who you are, instead
  41.      of requiring you to set environment variables, or be satisfied with
  42.      simply being "os2user".  This is a unique solution, provided first (and
  43.      only) by Gibbon Computer Products, Inc.
