  1. FIXIT.CMD - change your new PMMail v1.92 to use the older PMMail v1.91 icons
  2.  
  3. 1. make a temporary directory ie. MD C:\BLAH
  4.  
  5. 2. change to your temporary directory ie. CD C:\BLAH
  6.  
  7. 3. unzip the FIXIT.ZIP file into the temporary directory you just created
  8.  
  9. 4. copy the new version 1.92 PMMAIL.EXE file from your \SOUTHSDE\PMMAIL
  10.    directory into your newly created temporary directory
  11.  
  12. 5. rename your original \SOUTHSDE\PMMAIL\PMMAIL.EXE file to something
  13.    like PMMAIL.BAK just incase something screws up during this patch
  14.    program, or you wish to go back to the old icons
  15.  
  16. 6. run the FIXIT.CMD program
  17.  
  18. 7. copy the altered PMMAIL.EXE file into your original PMMail directory
  19.  
  20. 8. delete and then recreate the PMMail desktop icon - this will update the
  21.    icon used to represent the PMMail program (important)
  22.  
  23. 9. you're done, you can now delete your temporary directory
