  1. DUMPIT For OS/2, ver. 1.2B
  2. ==========================

  4. To install DUMPIT For OS/2 properly for people that do not have
  5. any previous versions already loaded, do the following:
  6.  
  7. (1) Create a directory for Dumpit and copy the ZIP file into this
  8.     directory.
  9.  
  10. (2) Unzip the file DUMPT12B.ZIP.
  11.  
  12. (3) The last step is to run the REXX program INSTALL.CMD. This will
  13.     install the icon to the desktop and, if wanted, associate the
  14.     Dumpit files with the program.
  15.  
  16. (4) That's all there is to it. Now just dial into your Internet
  17.     provider and double click on the Dumpit For OS/2 icon.
  18.  
  19. If you already have the program loaded on your system before Ver. 1.2,
  20. then complete the following:
  21.  
  22. 1) Unzip the file DUMPT12B.ZIP in the same directory where the previous
  23.    version resides.
  24.  
  25. 2) Once the file has been unzipped, you MUST run the program UPGRADE
  26.    before starting the new version of DUMPIT.  The program will revise
  27.    the DUMPIT *.dmp files to work with the new version.  The syntax
  28.    of the upgrade program is: UPGRADE DMP_FILE_NAME where DMP_FILE_NAME
  29.    is the name of the DUMPIT file to be upgraded.  The program should be
  30.    ran for every DUMPIT file.

  32. 3) That's all there is.  All new files have the same name as the previous
  33.    versions so no other setup should be required.
  34.  
  35. If you have the version 1.20, then all you have to do is unzip the file DUMPT12B.ZIP
  36. in the previous directory.  It will overwrite the correct files and all is well.
  37.

  43. DUMPIT for 30 days before you are required to register.  If you decide
  44. not to register DUMPIT, then the program must be removed from your storage
