  4. This is a NNTP compatible, binary retreival program
  5. for OS/2.  DUMPIT runs in PM mode allowing a simple
  6. binary retreival of various files from multiple
  7. newsgroups and news servers.  Selectable file types
  8. downloadable include JPEG, GIF, ZIP, MPG, and several
  9. others.  Once downloaded, DUMPIT decodes the files
  10. using several techniques including UUdecode and Base64.
  11. A command line version is also included to allow
  12. scheduled downloads.
