  4. In the past, communication between people within an organization has been 
  5. primarily accomplished using either a telephone or memos. As people become more 
  6. and more busy, communication becomes more difficult.

  8. Electronic mail can provide a solution to this problem.  Electronic mail 
  9. provides a method for people to send messages and files to other people in the 
  10. organization.  These messages arrive within seconds and are available to be 
  11. read whenever the recipient is available.

  13. This application is designed to provide a simple eMail system for any 
  14. organization.
