  6. This patch contains fixes for Changi 1.0 for OS/2. To use this update
  7. you must have already installed Changi 1.0 on your system.

  19. Install With Software Installer
  20. -------------------------------

  22. 1. Unpack this archive into a directory of your choice.
  23.  
  24. 2. Open the Changi NNTP Server Folder and start the Installation
  25.    Utility.
  26.  
  27. 3. Select File->Open Catalog->Drive from the menu. The Open Drive
  28.    Catalog Dialog appears.
  29.  
  30. 4. Enter drive and pathname of chpat101.icf, found in the directory
  31.    where you unpacked this archive. Press Open to finish the dialog.

  33. 5. Select Action->Update from the menu.

  36. Install By Hand
  37. ---------------

  39. 1. Make a backup copy of your current installation.
  40.  
  41. 2. Stop Changi, if the server is running in the background.
  42.  
  43. 3. Unpack this archive into a directory of your choice.
  44.  
  45. 4. Copy CHANGI.EXE, CHANRTS.DLL and CHANRTM.DLL from this
  46.    package, overriding your current installation.

  49. Fixes Included in This Update
  50. -----------------------------

  52. Instead of a meaningful error message, Changi reported
  53. 'message file not found'. It should now report the proper
  54. error message text.
  55.  
  56. Changi cut the name of the C file when creating batches
  57. for Chanx.
