  4. This is a patch to Changi version 0.9m. You must have 
  5. installed version 0.9m, it will not work with previous 
  6. versions. It should work as a direct plug-in replacement, 
  7. no need to change any options or environment variables.

  9. The following files will be replaced.

  11. Changi.exe
  12. Chanx.exe
  13. Rnews.exe

  16. This patch should correct the following bugs:

  19. Chanx failed to use NEWSRC.
  20.  
  21. Chanx adds a carriage return to each article line, if it 
  22. runs without option -mt and -mb. Rnews reports skipped
  23. lines.

  25. Rnews doesn't move articles all to unknown groups to junk.

  27. No possibility to run Changi without nntp_access.
