  1.    License Agreement

  3.    Color Chaser (referred to hereafter as "the program") is provided "as-is"
  4.    without any warranties (or conditions), expressed or implied with respect
  5.    to the program, including the implied warranties (or conditions) of
  6.    merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.  The entire risk
  7.    arising out of use or performance of the program remains with you.  
  8.  
  9.    In no event, will the copyright holder be liable for any lost profits, 
  10.    lost savings, incidental or indirect damages or other economic consequential 
  11.    damages, even if the copyright holder has been advised of the possibility of
  12.    such damages. In addition, the copyright holder will not be liable for any 
  13.    damages claimed on you based on any third party claim.

  15.    You may not rent or lease the program. You may not reverse engineer, 
  16.    decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the program.

  18.    The program may be included on shareware CDs if the ZIP file is left 
  19.    intact or if all files from the ZIP file are provided in a single directory.
  20.    Two copies of the CD must be sent to Scott Russell at the address listed
  21.    below. The program must not be sold for more than $5 (US) including shipping. 
  22.    If you purchased the program from a dealer paying more please notify the
  23.    dealer of this regulation.

  25.    Use of the program (Color Chaser) and its supporting files constitutes 
  26.    agreement to these terms.
