Bookmark.htm is a page I designed due to my frustration with WebExplorers' Quicklink menu. To use, just place in a directory and unzip. Then, have it start up as your home document by listing it under Configure/Servers menu as a file; ie, file:///E:\comm\tcpip\bin\bookmark\bookmark.htm, and check load at startup. Feel free to mutilate it as you wish, for the links were just what happened to be in mine when I zipped it. BTW, the Quicklinks for WebExplorer are located in its explore.ini toward to bottom, and I occassionally cut and paste these into the Bookmark.htm file, cleaning house so-to-speak.
