  1. Thank you for trying out PMMail Archiver.

  3. Installation is very simple.  Simply create a directory and unzip
  4. these files into the directory.  If you are using PKUnzip then you
  5. must use the -d option to preserve the directory structure,
  6. otherwise InfoZip will do it for you.

  8. Once you have done this you must READ THE MANUAL!  I cannot emphasize
  9. enough this step.  PMMail Archiver is a program capable of destroying
  10. your stored e-mail messages if not used correctly.  Remember, its
  11. function is to archive and remove old e-mail messages.  Therefore,
  12. there is a section in the manual describing how to set up a test
  13. directory and try it out before you use it on your live data.
