  5. UPDBIOS.BAT Utility:
  6. -------------------
  7.  
  8.    IF YOU HAVE JUST RECEIVED A NEW BOARD, IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO
  9.    RUN THIS UTILITY.
  10.  
  11.    This batch file is used to update the flash bios on your MGA
  12.    Millennium to the latest revision at the time of release.
  13.    It is necessary to run this utility only if you receive this
  14.    software as part of an upgrade package.
  15.  
  16.    Should you need to use this utility, follow the procedure below :
  17.    
  18.         1) unzip the file "bios20.zip" to a diskette
  19.     2) power down your system
  20.         3) remove the MGA Millennium
  21.         4) locate the dip switches
  22.         5) set the bios protection switch to "BIOS UNPROTECTED"
  23.         6) install the MGA back in the system and power-up using a
  24.        DOS 6.22 bootable diskette
  25.     7) Insert the bios disk in drive A:
  26.         8) go to the A:  and simply type "UPDBIOS"
  27.         9) once the utility has finished, power-down your system
  28.         10) remove your MGA and set the bios protection switch back
  29.            to the "BIOS PROTECTED" position
  30.         11) power-up your system and you are now ready to try your updated
  31.             bios
  32.         12) repeat the procedure if you have more than one MGA in your system
  33.    
  34.    NOTE : **This program may not work properly if invoked from a Windows or
  35.       Windows 95 or Windows NT DOS window (neither windowed or full-screen).
  36.       It is recommended that this program be run directly from DOS.
  37.  
  38.     **Ensure that your diskette which holds the bios is not write protected
  39.       while flashing your bios.
