  4. Announcing 1996 Issue 2 of IBM* Solution Developer Program News
  5. (SDPN6B), in ASCII format. This issue prints 69 pages on an IBM 3820
  6. printer. (Note: Use a monospace font so that columns align.)

  8. Issue 2 is devoted to the 1996 IBM Technical Interchange.
  9.  
  10. Produced monthly and distributed electronically by the IBM Solution
  11. Developer Operations (SDO) organization, SDPnews gives members of IBM's
  12. Solution Developer Program the latest information about all the IBM
  13. technical, business, and marketing services in place to help them
  14. develop and market their software successfully.

  16. SDPnews is *only* distributed electronically; IBM is not producing
  17. printed copies for distribution.

  19. SDPnews is available on the Internet World Wide Web on the IBM Solution
  20. Developer Program home page. The URL for SDPnews is
  21. http://www.austin.ibm.com/developer/library/dsnews/ . Effective 3
  22. February, the URL becomes http://www.developer.ibm.com/sdp/news/ .

  24. The monthly SDPnews files are ZIPped into the file SDPNym.ZIP, where
  25. y = last digit of year, and m = issue number represented as alpha (for
  26. example, SDPN6B.ZIP is the 1996 second issue). SDPNym.ZIP contains:

  29. -- An annual cumulative list of contents, SDPNy.CUM

  52. Note: If you cannot find files named sdpn... or dsn... (in lower case),
  53. look for files named SDPN... or DSN... (in upper case).

  55. Within IBM, 1996 issues, in ASCII format, are in SDPNEWS6 PACKAGE in
  56. both the OS2TOOLS catalog and the SDOINFO catalog. 1995 issues are in
  57. DSN5 PACKAGE in those catalogs; 1994 issues are in DSN4 PACKAGE in
  58. OS2TOOLS only.
