  5. Welcome to Threads, the newsletter of the Minnesota OS/2 User Group (MNOS2).
  6. Threads is available monthly in both hardcopy and online form.  The hardcopy
  7. form is mailed to all members.

  9. To view the online newsletter, double-click on the INF file object or type:
  10.    VIEW MNmmyy
  11. (where "mm" is the month and "yy" is the year) from an OS/2 command prompt.
  12.  
  13. To create a MNOS2 desktop folder and Threads icon, type:
  14.    MNOS2
  15. All of the files from this package must be in the current directory when
  16. you do this.  All files in the directory can optionally be moved to a
  17. different directory when MNOS2 is run.

  23. If you are interested in joining MNOS2, you can register for membership
  24. using the form in the newsletter.  Use the Print function to print the
  25. form, or use the Services to copy to the clipboard or a file and then
  26. email or fax to MNOS2.
