  4. 1996 Issue 3 (SDPN6C) is the final issue of SDPnews in its current form.
  5. The IBM Solution Developer Program will now provide its news via the
  6. World Wide Web at URL http://www.developer.ibm.com .  Many news items
  7. published in SDPnews are made available on a more timely basis on our
  8. Web page. The Web also lets readers link to related information, and it
  9. offers a way to respond interactively to some news items.
