  31.  1.1 Reinstalling deleted basic dictionaries or language support files
  32.  
  33.  If you deleted one of the basic dictionaries or language support files installed with IBMáTranslationManager, you can reinstall them as follows:

  35.   1. Close IBMáTranslationManager if not already done.
  36.   2. Start the installation program from diskette or CD-ROM. For details refer to the 'Translator'sáReference'.
  37.   3. In the appropriate dialog select 'Delete the installed components and re-install' and click on 'Continue'.
  38.   4. Select the components you want to reinstall for deletion and click on 'Delete'.
  39.   5. In the 'Installá-ádirectories' dialog select the components to install and click on 'Install...'.
  40.   6. Exit the installation program.

  43.  1.2 Directories used for IBMáTranslationManager

  45.  During the installation of IBMáTranslationManager two directories are created on the disk you specified:
  46.    \EQF       
  47.    \EQFSAMPL
  48.  All files related to IBMáTranslationManager are located in these directories.

  67.   You have installed the evaluation copy of IBMáTranslationManager You are permitted to use and test this program for 60ádays, starting from the day of installation. If you try to start IBMáTranslationManager after this time frame, a message will indicate that the trial and test period is expired.
  68.  The evaluation copy has the same functionality as the full IBM TranslationManager product.

  95.   To obtain a correct layout of the IBMáTranslationManager window display, at least one monospaced font must be installed on your system. This can be achieved via the 'System Setup'. For details see the operating system manuals or online help.

  99.   The maximum number of documents in a folder is 300.
  100.   The maximum number of segments in a document is 65535.
  101.   The maximum number of documents translated and saved into one Translation Memory is 1500.
  102.   The maximum number of dictionaries in a folder is 10.
  103.   The maximum number of fields in a dictionary is 38.

  107.   Long file names in Win95 are not supported for documents. Use their abbreviated equivalents.
  108.   The names for folders, dictionaries, and Translation Memory databases may only consist of characters and digits. Any special characters, such as underscore (_) or the national currency sign ($), are not supported.
