Column 10, normally containing temperature factors, contains
Eisenberg's consensus, normalized hydrophobicity
parameters (Column 9 can be disregarded). Thus, you can colour
the model on temperature factor, but get the distribution of
hydrophobicity instead.
Please note: Future work will iron out some problems like
non-ideal peptide geometries, and some remaining clashes.
