  1. TRIAL USE LICENSE

  3. Arithmetic Review v2.0 is NOT a public domain program.  It is copyrighted
  4. by IEPMath.  This software and accompanying documentation are protected
  5. by United States copyright law and also by international treaty
  6. provisions.

  8. IEPMath grants you a limited license to use this software for evaluation
  9. purposes for a period not to exceed thirty days.  If you continue using
  10. this software after the thirty-day evaluation period, you MUST make a
  11. registration payment to IEPMath.
  12.  
  13. You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble,
  14. otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program except as
  15. provided in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall result in
  16. immediate and automatic termination of this license. All rights not
  17. expressly granted here are reserved to IEPMath.

  20. LIMITED DISTRIBUTION LICENSE

  22. You may distribute Arithmetic Review v2.0, completely unaltered, without
  23. further permission; for other cases or to distribute in modified form,
  24. you must consult the attached data record, which is hereby incorporated
  25. by reference.  Any distribution satisfying all the distribution
  26. requirements expressed in that data record is hereby authorized.

  28. Permission to distribute the Arithmetic Review v2.0 package is not
  29. transferable, assignable, saleable, or franchisable.  Each vendor wishing
  30. to distribute the package must independently satisfy the terms of this
  31. limited distribution license.

  33. U.S. Government Information:  Use, duplication, or disclosure by the
  34. U.S. Government of the computer software and documentation in this
  35. package shall be subject to the restricted rights applicable to
  36. commercial computer software as set forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of
  37. the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at
  38. 252.227-7013 (DFARS 52.227-7013).  The Contractor/manufacturer is
