  8. - TrueColor RGB input can switch to 256 color palette mode. The color
  9.   adjustment is managed by the operating system and may lead to untrue color
  10.   representation

  14. Notes on installation:

  16. Please observe the following when updating the printer driver release 1.002:

  18. Warp 3.0, Warp 4.0

  21. - Run OS/2
  22. - the printer driver release 1.002 must be installed, if not please install at
  23.   first this release and reboot your system
  24. - Make sure that all printer queues are empty
  25. - Make sure that no program is started
  26. - select the Icon DRIVES
  27. - double-click on your disk drive
  28. - copy all files into the subdirectory OS2/DLL/EPSONPRT
  29. - The update to release 1.003 is now complete

  32. Known problems

  34. - Stylus COLOR: It is better to avoid using a combination of 360 dpi (no 
  35.                 printer    fonts), MicroWeave and Bidi, as these settings 
  36.                 can result in faulty printouts.
  37. - IBM Works and DeScribe: The fonts are not provided with these programs as 
  38.                 the printer fonts are not properly supported.

  41. Fixed problems regarding release 1.002

  43. - AmiPro 3.0:   You can now activate the printer settings out of AmiPro.
  44. - StarDraw 3.0/3.1: Now the EPSON driver can be selected as standard without
  45.                 protection fault.

  47. This printer driver has been extensively tested with the kind support of the
  48. OS/2 TEAM. Should you, however, find any errors, we would be glad to hear from
  49. you with the following information:

  52. - Exact program information with details of program version and settings used
  53. - Version number of printer driver
  54. - Printer driver settings (all)
  55. - If a general protection fault error occurs, we require a hard copy of the
  56.   register settings (warning: a hard copy is also treated as graphics with
  57.   TrueColor; the currently activated printer job properties are used)
  58. - E-mail address, if available
