  6.      IF YOU DOWNLOAD OR USE THIS PROGRAM YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

  8.      International Business Machines Corporation grants you a
  9.      license to use the Program, only in the country where you
  10.      acquired it.  The Program is copyrighted and licensed (not
  11.      sold).  We do not transfer title to the program to you.  You
  12.      obtain no rights other than those granted you under this
  13.      license.
