  18.         In addition to this README.1ST file, you should also have the

  28.    IV.  INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  30.         1.  Copy the above files to your Works program directory.
  31.  
  32.         2.  Start Works.  From the "File" pull-down menu, select
  33.             "Open Existing File."
  34.  
  35.         3.  A list of files and directories will be displayed.  Open any
  36.             file.
  37.  
  38.         4.  The file you opened will appear on your screen.  At the
  39.             Menu Bar, select "Print."
  40.  
  41.         5.  A "Print" pull-down menu will be displayed.  Select "Printer
  42.             Setup."
  43.  
  44.         6.  At the next screen, select IBM4039H by scrolling the list of
  45.             drivers located in the "Printers:" box.
  46.  
  47.         7.  Lexmark 4047 5E (PCL 5) will appear in the "Model:" box.
  48.             Highlight your choice.
  49.  
  50.             NOTE!  The driver offers graphics resolutions of 75 dpi,
  51.             150 dpi, and 300 dpi. Higher resolutions will normally achieve
  52.             better graphics, but will result in a slower printing process.
  53.  
  54.             While at this screen, you can select printer attributes such as
  55.             "Graphics:", "Page feed:", and "Connect to:" (Normally LPT1).
  56.             Acknowledge your choices by selecting "OK".  You now have made
  57.             the Lexmark 4047 5E Printer your active printer.
